Scope:

Position 4: Operation Executive / Manager (Online E-Commerce)

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Execute day to day e-Commerce operation, sales and deliverables
  • • Manage and update website content and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images and inventory etc.
  • • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and create online products and digital marketing strategies
  • • Liaise with inter-departments on product availabilities and order fulfilment
  • • Perform administrative tasks in handling order fulfilment, documentation, customer service and support
  • • Monitor and provide weekly and monthly reports of online sales and product performance

Requirements:

  • • Diploma or Degree in related discipline
  • • Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce retail sector

Position 5: ERP Administrator (IT / Operation)

Location: Thomson

 Scope:

  • • Managing and supervising day-to-day operation of the administrative department and staff
  • • Developing and implementing administrative system, policies and procedures to improve operation functions of the department, and devising ways to streamline processes
  • • Planning, scheduling and promoting events and activities including team meetings, appraisal, interviews, orientations and training
  • • Performing and supporting system administration of ERP system and SOPs
  • • Administering and maintaining inventory control management system and vendors in retail operation
  • • Developing and supporting customer service of retail and corporate customers

Position 6: Junior Graphic Designer (Marcom)

Assist to develop creative and effective communications materials and visuals for both online and offline platforms.

Location: Thomson

 Scope:

  • • Assist in designinng creative and impactful multimedia designs to be promoted across various social media platforms.
  • • Retouch and edit product images and help bring new design and content creation ideas to the team.
  • • Invovled in the production of a wide range of design deliverables  - poster prints, social/ digital communications, social video content etc.
  • • Assist creative team to deliver effective design solutions for various print and digital materials.
  • • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned.

Position 7: Content & Marketing Executive (Marcom)

Oversees the day-to-day marketing activities of the marketing department.

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging content for the brand across all social, print and digital / online media.
  • • Manage the brand's various social media platforms and monitor social channel conversations
  • • Plans, executes and tracks all marketing campaigns/ promotions.
  • • Monitor all ongoing retail or digital marketing campaigns to track overall spend against set budget etc.
  • • Liaise with media and KOLs/ influencers to ensure successful implementation of campaigns
  • • Proactively plan and initiate campaigns/ ground activations to garner attention and participation for the brand's various initiatives to drive sales and traffic for both online and stores.
  • • Edit and proof read all content and communications before publication and print.
  • • Liaise with internal departments on marketing-related aspects and external partners on any relevant   marketing initiatives or collaboration.
  • • Stay abreast of all emerging tools and digital platforms, marketing trends, new technologies and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

  • • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing. Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related field.

Position 8: Assistant Marketing Manager (Marcom)

Provide direction, plan and to implement all marketing-related activities (advertising, promotions, PR, store activations etc.) to drive overall brand growth, awareness in accordance with the overall business strategy and direction given.

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Plan and develop annual marketing events, campaigns, and activations for both retail and online.
  • • Lead in the creation of local marketing content across all social and digital platforms
  • • Work closely with Manager to build branding, customer engagement activities and loyalty program.
  • • Manage the marketing budget and keep close tabs on marketing expenses & budgeting.
  • • Work with internal and external creatives / media agencies to develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • • Work and maintain good relations with retail team and to support them in activities to drive footfall and sales.
  • • Supervise and direct photography concept for all required advertising and related communications and visual assets.
  • • Manage both retail and digital POS communications, ensuring message is communicated and to   ensure communication cohesiveness of the brand through all channels.

Requirements:

  • • Min. degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a key marketing position in the retail/FMCG or similar type of industry.
  • • Strong knowledge and exposure to both retail and digital marketing

Position 9: Visual Merchandising Executive (Marcom)

Assist Visual Merchandising Consultant in the end-to-end creation and implementation of merchandising tools and displays for the smooth running of all retail stores.

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Conceptualise and implement shop displays & merchandising guidelines, according to marketing plans.
  • • Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepped set up in accordance with timelines
  • •  Assist to plan and produce visual merchandising strategy, guidelines, and product planograms for all store management.
  • • Be involved in the planning of new store openings/ renovation with inputs and development in planogram and merchandising guidelines.
  • • Work closely with marketing team to ensure line of coherence and link for store displays and marketing events/ campaigns
  • • Liaise with suppliers on prototyping, budget forecast & production of merchandising tools and displays.
  • • Store Planning: Work closely with store management for all store merchandising initiatives, display standards, creative installations.
  • • Conduct and stay abreast of current and future design and lifestyle trends.

Requirements:

  • • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications, Interior Design, Graphics, or a related field.
  • • Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in visual merchandising or retail design.
  • • Proficient in Sketch Up, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Position 10: Plant Arranger (Operation)

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Understand customer’s requirements and able to recommend plants and care requirements for a specific arrangement in accordance to customer’s budget.
  • • To assist in developing new appropriate and trendy plant arrangement designs for various calendar events and occasions (eg. Christmas & CNY).
  • • Ensure work area is always well-organised, clean and welcoming to customers.
  • • Any ad-hoc work as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • • Strong sense aesthetics and creativity
  • • Understand trends and able to translate them into realistic plant arrangement designs
  • • Good knowledge & understanding of plants is a plus, training will be provided
  • • Willing to learn and open to feedback and changes required to designs
  • • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • • Able to work independently and as part of a team
